Locations, objects and articles

Locations

A location is a place of interest in the world. It records its name, a description, its significance, and when it existed or mattered, as years and in the world's own words.

Objects

An object is an artifact, a relic, a weapon or any other thing worth recording. It records its kind, a description, its significance, and when it was made or used.

Articles

An article is long-form lore that does not fit one of the other kinds: a concept, a language, a religion, the deeper history of a faction or an artifact. It has a title, a kind, a short summary, and a body written in Markdown, so it can carry headings, lists and emphasis.

Articles are searched in full, body included (see Search), and an assistant connected to OnlyLore can read them (see Assistants).

Linking them

Any of these can be linked to any other entry in the universe: a location an event takes place at, an object a character carries, an article that explains a faction. See Entries and links.
